Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer with expertise in architecture and construction. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing various aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards, are completed on time, and align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the construction process.
• Resolve issues that may arise during construction and maintain efficient communication with all parties involved.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee the quality of work being performed.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of project team members.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Architectural) or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering within the architecture or construction industry.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proven track record of successful project completion on time and within budget.
