Role Summary: Manage multiple high-end pool and landscape design-build construction projects to consistently deliver highly successful and profitable projects.

Operations:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of high-end landscape construction projects from design through close out managing schedules, change orders, and budgets and ensuring high-quality, safety, profitability, customer satisfaction, and timely project delivery.

  • Deliver finished projects that meet or exceed client expectations on beauty, functionality, quality and timeline.

  • Create and implement best practices effectively using technology, labor, and equipment with KPIs.

  • Optimize projects and personnel to maximize revenue and profitability as well as increase efficiencies, processes, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate all material and resources including labor and equipment to ensure timely completion.

  • Collaboration with design, internal and external professionals to ensure the finished project maintains the design integrity in the field.

  • Manage external specialty subcontractors who maintain high standards for performance, safety and quality.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners/representatives, external professionals providing updates and promptly resolving issues.

  • Oversee all financial aspects of each project including tracking the details of budgets, cost controls, change orders, monthly billing, vendors, and subcontractors.

  • Optimize and analyze project reports, schedules, and performance, reconciliations, and implement corrective actions to increase revenue and profitability.

  • Build and manage project schedules; anticipate constraints and drive solutions that protect milestones.

  • Develop and manage budgets; track cost-to-complete, forecast variances, and reconcile vendor/subcontractor costs.

  • Run change order and documentation workflows end-to-end (scope review, pricing, approvals, and communication).

  • Manage monthly progress billing and supporting documentation to enable timely invoicing and collections.

  • Train, develop, motivate and mentor team members to form high-performing, results-oriented project and field personnel focused on safety, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience in residential construction and/or landscape construction.

  • Working knowledge of construction drawings, exterior scopes of work, and specification documents.

  • Demonstrated budget ownership (cost tracking, change orders, and billing discipline).

  • Strong organization and communication; able to run multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required); plan review tools such as Bluebeam/AutoCAD are a plus.

  • English required; Spanish helpful.
