Project Manager – Construction & Retail Expansion

Contract (12–18+ months) | High-Visibility Role

We are partnering with a growing organization in the midst of a major expansion initiative, and they are looking to bring on a Project Manager to support both large-scale construction and nationwide retail growth.

This is a contract opportunity with strong potential for extension, driven by continued expansion plans. For the right individual, this could evolve into a long-term opportunity tied to future development projects.

The Opportunity

This role will play a key part in two major initiatives:

• Overseeing the construction of a Multi-Million dollar facility near the company’s distribution center
• Managing the buildout of retail locations nationwide

You will serve as the connector between internal leadership, contractors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track from planning through completion.

What You’ll Do

• Manage construction timelines, budgets, and project execution across multiple sites
• Partner with internal teams and external contractors to deliver retail store buildouts
• Oversee the retrofit and development of leased retail spaces across various markets
• Coordinate efforts across stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Lead project updates and present progress to senior leadership, including the CEO
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and aligned with company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally in commercial or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of construction schedules and project lifecycle management
• Experience working with distribution centers (DCs) or industrial facilities is highly valued
• Exposure to retail buildouts or multi-site projects is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations
