Project Manager | Civil construction

One of Queensland's leading privately-owned construction companies is seeking to add a Project Manager to its experienced team, based in North Brisbane.

You'll be coordinating multiple projects across Civil Infrastructure, Land Development, Community Projects, and Roading.

Key responsibilities will be:

• Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
• Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
• Cost management and reporting
• Contract Administration, including RFIs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
• Quality Assurance, including organising testing, ITPs, submissions
• Delivering Progress reports to the Construction Manager
• Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors and adhering to compliance requirements

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience leading a team
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to establish strong working relationships

An salary of between $140k - $160k + super and vehicle is on offer for this role.
