THE PROJECT COORDINATOR CO-OP/INTERNSHIP OPPOURTUNITY
Turner Construction’s Vancouver office is currently seeking students, recent graduates, or individuals interested in an 8-month Project Coordinator Co-Op/Internship opportunity for Spring/Summer 2026. This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) that offers hands-on experience either on-site at an active construction project or at our Vancouver head office, depending on the assignment.
The Project Coordinator Co-Op/Intern assists with the day-to-day activities involved in the development and execution of a construction project. Under the supervision of a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager, you’ll gain foundational knowledge in areas such as construction management, business and financial operations, project safety protocols, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and overall project lifecycle support.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
The job requires climbing stairs, using hoists and ladders, and navigating construction areas. Employees will frequently sit, climb, stoop, kneel, use tools, and work with computers. Vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. The role involves mobility, occasional travel, and work at various sites. Employees must lift up to 10 pounds regularly and 25 pounds occasionally. Work environments include construction sites with exposure to hazards like mechanical parts, heights, fumes, and noise.
