We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in the Seattle/Bellevue area, with a clear growth path into a Project Engineer role.
What You’ll Learn & Support

In this role, you will build the foundation for a successful career in construction project management by:
 
  • Supporting field teams to keep projects moving and resolve issues quickly
  • Assisting with project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
  • Helping process invoices, subcontractor payments, and owner billings
  • Aiding and learning from project team to ensure overall project workflow
  • Maintaining project scheduling and updates
  • Managing submittals, documentation, and project workflow
  • Facilitating change orders and time-and-materials work
