Salary & Benefits

- Salary Range: ¥7,080,000 - ¥9,450,000

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to establish project goals and deliverables that align with client needs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies, contractors, and consultants to facilitate project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
- Identify and manage project risks, proposing solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within project teams.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management software, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Fluent in Japanese (Over N2); English proficiency is a plus (TOEIC over 800).
Desired Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects in various sectors, including renewable energy and medical infrastructure, is preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.
