CONSTRUCTION WORKER

Mission Group is seeking a Construction Worker to join our high-rise construction team. The individual will work along the site construction team to support a variety of construction tasks.  The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience working on residential and/or high-rise projects and shares our commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Interested candidates must submit their resumes online, and are also welcome to present themselves to the Site Superintendent on site at the Aqua Waterfront Village at 550 Truswell Rd, Kelowna.

What you’ll be doing:

• Loading and unloading construction materials
• Framing / back-framing
• Cleaning and preparing the construction site
• Site maintenance
• Hands-on carpentry
• Other duties as required

What you’ll bring:

• 1+ years of experience in construction
• Ability to communicate effectively with site staff and trades
• First Aid Training would be an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to speak English and communicate effectively
