Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-leading construction management software. Duties

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D to develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately execute project plans.
• Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project communication and coordination.
• Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and contract negotiations to optimize project costs.
• Monitor project progress through regular site inspections, progress reports, and updates using tools like Bluebeam for document review.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues related to project scope changes or unforeseen challenges using effective time management strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other critical records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background New Multifamily projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6 (Primavera), Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry tools.
• Solid understanding of project scheduling techniques including critical path method (CPM) scheduling.
• Ability to read detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Experience managing contracts, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes to develop accurate budgets and bids.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills for clear collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Construction site experience is essential; familiarity with safety regulations is a must.
