Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead a variety of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of proven experience managing diverse commercial projects, including those in the healthcare, education, religious, municipal, and financial sectors.

This individual will oversee all aspects of project planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction to completion.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Lead project meetings and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

  • Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

  • Resolve any issues or delays quickly and effectively.

  • Support the estimating team during the bidding phase with constructability reviews and input.

Project Types May Include:

  • Medical facilities and hospitals

  • Dental and veterinary clinics

  • Churches and religious institutions

  • Financial institutions and office spaces

  • Higher education and K-12 schools

  • Parks, recreation centers, and aquatic facilities

  • Other general commercial construction

Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.

  • Proven experience managing projects in one or more of the above industries.

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and project documentation.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (not required).

  • PMP, OSHA 30, or LEED certifications a plus.
