Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end custom home projects in the Duxbury area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent project management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage all phases of custom home construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating timelines with all stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
- Budget Management: Prepare and monitor project budgets, authorize expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality control standards, conducting regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction project management, with a focus on custom homes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of residential construction processes, building codes, and regulations in Massachusetts.
