Job Description

Sales Consultant – Construction Technology - KZN

We’re partnering with a well-established construction technology provider that works closely with contractors to improve accuracy, productivity, and on-site decision-making through advanced digital solutions. This role is suited to a commercially astute sales professional who understands the construction environment and excels at solution-based selling.

If you enjoy building trusted client relationships, uncovering real operational challenges, and closing deals that make a measurable impact on projects, this opportunity offers both autonomy and long-term growth.

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

 

Driving Revenue & Growth

  • Own and grow a defined sales territory across KwaZulu-Natal
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close

Consultative Selling

  • Engage clients to understand site-level challenges and operational needs
  • Position tailored technology solutions that deliver tangible value
  • Work closely with technical and product teams to support complex sales

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term partnerships with key accounts
  • Maintain a strong on-the-ground presence with regular client engagement
  • Ensure a high standard of post-sale follow-up and customer satisfaction

Market & Product Awareness

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies
  • Represent the business at industry events, demos, and regional initiatives
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting
