What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Driving Revenue & Growth
- Own and grow a defined sales territory across KwaZulu-Natal
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
Consultative Selling
- Engage clients to understand site-level challenges and operational needs
- Position tailored technology solutions that deliver tangible value
- Work closely with technical and product teams to support complex sales
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term partnerships with key accounts
- Maintain a strong on-the-ground presence with regular client engagement
- Ensure a high standard of post-sale follow-up and customer satisfaction
Market & Product Awareness
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies
- Represent the business at industry events, demos, and regional initiatives
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting
