Chads Design Build is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in custom residential construction and a proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee residential remodeling and custom home projects from final design approval through construction, close-out, and warranty period.
• Coordinate closely with homeowners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and expectations.
• Maintain strict quality control standards and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the build process.
• Review, approve, and manage project-related invoices within the approved budget.
• Process change orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Develop, monitor, and update detailed production schedules to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Partner with Pre-Construction and Estimating teams during project handoff and planning stages.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of project or production management experience in residential construction.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on trade or field experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software; JobTread experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, architectural plans, and residential design principles.
