Recruitment Consultant - Construction & Engineering (White Collar)

Engineering Trades Australia is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for an experienced White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our Perth team, focusing on permanent roles across construction and engineering.

This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact desk working on roles such as Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, Estimators, and Commercial professionals, with full support, systems, and an established brand behind you.

The Opportunity
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for white collar construction & engineering roles
• Build and develop strong client relationships across WA
• Drive business development and win new clients
• Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates into permanent roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage
• Work closely with leadership to grow and scale your desk

What We’re Looking For

• Previous agency recruitment experience (ideally within construction, engineering, or technical recruitment)
• Experience placing white collar or professional roles
• Senior recruitment consultant level and above
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
• Driven, motivated, and eager to build a successful desk
