A leading South African contractor is seeking a seasoned Senior Site Agent or Contracts Manager to serve as the number one on this large-scale roads project in Eswatini.
This is a senior leadership position where you will have full accountability for the delivery of the project
Requirements:
Essential
- Degree or BTech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Professional registration with ECSA (Pr Eng / Pr Tech Eng) or SACPCMP
- Proven experience on large road construction projects — this is non-negotiable
- Track record with one or more of the leading construction contractors in South Africa
- Familiarity with the current COTO specification for road construction
- Experience working on joint venture (JV) projects
- Clean criminal record
- Willingness to relocate to Eswatini for the full duration of the project on a LDC contract
- Valid passport and no restrictions on working in the SADC region
- Valid driver's license
- Own reliable transport
Advantageous
- Previous experience working on projects in Eswatini or other SADC countries
- Exposure to cross-border project environments and working with local communities and authorities
