The opportunity
Responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting various roles within residential construction
- Provide administrative and customer service support to the office;
- Using our database and extensive search tools to meet client specific needs;
- Update information in the database;
- Booking and scheduling meetings
To Be successful, you will have - Experience in recruitment or building coordinator experience
- Effective interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide range of people including managers, staff, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding with computer applications including Gmail, MS Word and MS Excel.
- Experience with file management systems
- Experience in customer service
- A desire to work within a close-knit and productive team
- An understanding of residential construction is ideal but not essential
