Field Co-op: Assisting the Construction Project Management Team

Position Overview
Join our fast-paced, hands-on construction team as a Field Co-op, supporting an active construction site and assisting our Construction Project Management team. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Project Management Team and Superintendents to help keep projects running smoothly, efficiently, and on time. You’ll gain practical field experience while developing a strong foundation in construction management, safety practices, and coordination procedures that are critical to the success of a project.

Key Responsibilities
Document Management in Procore
- Assist with maintaining project logs, including RFIs, submittals, drawing sets, and specification updates.
- Track and distribute updated drawings and documents to ensure site teams and subcontractors are working with current information.
- Organize and file key construction documents.
Field Coordination & Site Support
- Support the Assistant Project Manager in daily tasks.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to assist with documenting construction progress via photos and daily reports.
- Participate in subcontractor coordination efforts, attending meetings and helping to follow up on action items.
Quality, Safety, and Compliance
- Assist with job site safety protocols, including logging and distributing safety meeting minutes.
- Aid in managing punch lists, inspections, and closeout documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn construction practices in both field and office environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus.

- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Term: Summer Internship (approximately May - August 2026)
